The PodSocket v1.0 pulls all 30 pins from the female dock connector and makes it easy to solder wires to. 
Includes the PodSocket Board and a soldered Female Style connector.

*** Note the Pins for the PodSocket are opposite to the PodBreakout, i.e. Pin 1 on the PodBreakout is equal to Pin 30 on the PodSocket ***
