recognizes the hard realities of
obsolescence and has created plans
to protect your valuable investment.
We offer extended support after
the first year:
SilverCare is a twelve month,
renewable, business hours support.
SilverCare includes, software
updates, and 4 business day
turnaround on hardware replacement,
at retail cost, of any computer or
component that may fail plus
shipping charges. SilverCare is
purchased per VideoSlide License.
GoldCare is a twelve month,
renewable, business hours support.
GoldCare includes, software updates,
and 2 business day turnaround on
hardware replacement, at wholesale
cost, of any computer or component
that may fail plus shipping charges.
GoldCare is purchased per VideoSlide
License.
PlatinumCare is a twelve
month, renewable, 24 hour support.
During that time, we offer priority
response; software updates, and next
business day turn-around on hardware
replacement at wholesale cost, of
any computer or component that may
fail plus shipping charges. GoldCare
is purchased per VideoSlide License.
All of this is in addition to our
superior standard support. By
"standard" we mean that every
customer is entitled to
assistance via telephone, e-mail and
the Web. We also include VNC capabilities in every system
at no added cost to help
troubleshooting and diagnostics.
